Claus is a seasoned technology executive with over 20 years of leadership experience at SAP SE, driving high-growth businesses and large-scale transformations in Software Sales, Services, Customer Success, and Operations.

Since moving to Singapore in 2013, he has led fast-growing and emerging markets, serving as COO for SAP India Subcontinent, President of Southeast Asia, and leader of the Midmarket segment across Asia Pacific & Japan. Most recently, he led the Cloud Success Services organization in the region, overseeing customer adoption, renewals, and SAP Services.

Claus advises multiple PE/VC-backed tech companies in Asia and Latin America and has held several directorships, including SAP Asia and SAP India. Passionate about mentorship and diversity, he mentors emerging female tech talents and began his career as a lecturer at Copenhagen Business School.

He holds an M.Sc. in Supply Chain Management from Copenhagen Business School, with MBA coursework at IIM Bangalore, and executive education from Stanford, INSEAD, and IMD.

Masahiko is a seasoned technology and engineering services executive with over 28 years of leadership experience across IT, OT, consulting, and digital transformation. As Managing Director and Vice President of Capgemini Engineering Japan, he led a 500-member team driving end-to-end sales, presales, delivery, and operations, with full P&L responsibility across multiple industries including Automotive, Medical Devices, Network & Communications, Industrial, and High-Tech.

Before Capgemini, Masahiko served as Head of Global Business at Future Architect, overseeing operations across Japan, Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia, and held board positions at Brightree Solutions. His earlier career included senior leadership roles at Geometric, Patni, Satyam, and Oracle, where he drove significant operational improvements and successfully delivered large-scale digital transformation programs, including major ERP implementations.

Masahiko earned a BS in Mathematics from Waseda University, was a CPIM Certified Instructor, and published the APICS Dictionary Japanese edition. Passionate about manufacturing innovation and cross-cultural leadership, he represented Japan in industry delegations such as Keizai Doyukai and NASSCOM.

Rajkumar is a seasoned business and technology executive with over 30 years of international leadership experience, driving large-scale transformation in digital modernization, enterprise platforms, and organizational change across Asia Pacific and Japan.

He has worked with CEOs, boards, and leadership teams across the region to build AI-native enterprises. Rather than focusing on AI implementation, his work centers on transforming how organizations operate, compete, and create value. He has guided multiple organizations beyond isolated pilots to enterprise-wide adoption through pragmatic strategy, operating model design, and disciplined execution. His experience spans high-growth markets and established enterprises, with deep expertise in identifying high-value opportunities and embedding responsible governance.

He holds a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Shizuoka University, an M.Sc. equivalent from Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Education, and completed the Chief Operating Officer Executive Certificate from MIT xPRO.

Aneesha is a global technology and business transformation executive with over 28 years of go-to-market leadership experience at SAP, spanning Consulting, Business Development, Platform Sales, Operations, and Revenue Operations.

Most recently, she served as SVP and Global Head of Revenue Operations within SAP Customer Success, where she transformed traditional sales operations into a holistic revenue operations function, embedding AI to scale adoption and drive NRR growth across APAC, the Americas, and EMEA. Previously, she held leadership roles in SAP's Business Technology Platform organization, including Global COO and Regional Head and COO for Asia Pacific & Japan, where her teams were consistently recognized as top performers.

Aneesha provides board service, strategic advisory, and executive coaching, focusing on AI-led transformation, revenue operations, and platform business models. Passionate about mentorship and advancing women in leadership, she also volunteers on technology-for-good boards.

She holds executive education from Stanford, Yale, IMD, and the National University of Singapore.
