Claus is a seasoned technology executive with over 20 years of leadership experience at SAP SE, driving high-growth businesses and large-scale transformations in Software Sales, Services, Customer Success, and Operations.

Since moving to Singapore in 2013, he has led fast-growing and emerging markets, serving as COO for SAP India Subcontinent, President of Southeast Asia, and leader of the Midmarket segment across Asia Pacific & Japan. Most recently, he led the Cloud Success Services organization in the region, overseeing customer adoption, renewals, and SAP Services.

Claus advises multiple PE/VC-backed tech companies in Asia and Latin America and has held several directorships, including SAP Asia and SAP India. Passionate about mentorship and diversity, he mentors emerging female tech talents and began his career as a lecturer at Copenhagen Business School.

He holds an M.Sc. in Supply Chain Management from Copenhagen Business School, with MBA coursework at IIM Bangalore, and executive education from Stanford, INSEAD, and IMD.

Masahiko is a seasoned technology and engineering services executive with over 28 years of leadership experience across IT, OT, consulting, and digital transformation. As Managing Director and Vice President of Capgemini Engineering Japan, he led a 500-member team driving end-to-end sales, presales, delivery, and operations, with full P&L responsibility across multiple industries including Automotive, Medical Devices, Network & Communications, Industrial, and High-Tech.

Before Capgemini, Masahiko served as Head of Global Business at Future Architect, overseeing operations across Japan, Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia, and held board positions at Brightree Solutions. His earlier career included senior leadership roles at Geometric, Patni, Satyam, and Oracle, where he drove significant operational improvements and successfully delivered large-scale digital transformation programs, including major ERP implementations.

Masahiko earned a BS in Mathematics from Waseda University, was a CPIM Certified Instructor, and published the APICS Dictionary Japanese edition. Passionate about manufacturing innovation and cross-cultural leadership, he represented Japan in industry delegations such as Keizai Doyukai and NASSCOM.
